the Watchmen are watching

I watched watchmen last night. Prior to that, I knew nothing of the watchmen except that it wasn't very popular with the people of my generation..(still seemed like a pretty cool movie to catch) So if you're like me and haven't got a clue what's the story like.. well it's set in the US (of cuz) in the time of the vietnam war - cold war era.. 

The movie is dark, and the heroes are psychotic and mental disturbed (pwns batman in the psychotic aspect) which gives the movie an M18 rating and makes it a whole lot more interesting.

watchmen is a different sort of comic book movie altogether..but I'm sure you figured that out already, just by looking at their costumes and names.. like nite owl, the comedian, silk spectre.. A really good alternative if you've been watching too many mainstream superman type comic book movies..
