heart attack

My heart's beating irregularly.. 

or maybe it's a twitch..

it feels like a twitch..

I can feel it all from my left armpit down to the arm..

was having some crazy pains down the side of my ribs just now..

am trying to ignore it now..

but much like a twitch, it's really hard to ignore..
